Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product key has been revealed or the software has been downloaded.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Product key was not delivered
  • Technical issues prevent product activation (must be verified by our support team)
  • Duplicate purchase made in error (within 24 hours)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team through Discord
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Include any relevant screenshots or information
  4. Wait for our support team to review your request

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase
  • Products that have been used or activated are not eligible for refunds
  • Abuse of our refund policy may result in account termination
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria
