General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product key has been revealed or the software has been downloaded.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Product key was not delivered
- Technical issues prevent product activation (must be verified by our support team)
- Duplicate purchase made in error (within 24 hours)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team through Discord
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Include any relevant screenshots or information
- Wait for our support team to review your request
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase
- Products that have been used or activated are not eligible for refunds
- Abuse of our refund policy may result in account termination
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria
